Women's Cross Country Closes 2015 Season at NCAA DIII Championship

WATERFORD, Conn. (11/14/15) – Four members of the Lasell women's cross country team completed in the NCAA DIII New England Championships this past weekend at Harkness Memorial State Park.

Coming in first for the Lasers was freshman Selena Colon (Hartsdale, N.Y.) who finished at 25:19.3. Senior Jaime Russo (Watertown, Mass.) crossed the finished line next for Lasell, and capped her cross country career with a 26:39.9 clock-in.

Rounding out the race for the Lasers was senior Rachel Knuth (Warwick, N.Y.) and junior Elizabeth Bennett (Warwick, R.I.) who came in at 28:54.3 and 29:37.2, respectively.
