Women's Cross Country Takes 47th in ECAC Championship
WESTFIELD, Mass. (11/08/14) – The Lasell College women’s cross country team finished 47th in the ECAC Championship meet.

WESTFIELD, Mass. (11/08/14) – The Lasell College women's cross country team finished 47th in the ECAC Championship meet. Five Lasers competed in the meet, registering a combined time of 2:39.37. Williams College took first place in the event at 1:53.25, while the University of New England and Middlebury College took second and third with times of 1:53.20 and 1:55.07.
Junior Jamie Russo was first to cross the finish line for the Lasers, averaging 7:14 per mile. Sophomore Nora McCabe finished next, coming in at 30:31. Sophomore Elizabeth Bennett, freshman Shannon Hart and senior Emily Kochanek took following slots for the Lasers, registering times of 31:48, 32:58 and 37:25.
Lasell College will compete in the NCAA Regional meet Saturday, November 15th at Williams College.
