WVB: Silva Selected as GNAC Rookie of the Week

Newton, MA- First-year setter Trinity Silva has been named the GNAC Rookie of the Week following an exceptional performance for the Lasell University volleyball team. Over the course of the week, Silva recorded a total of 52 assists across three matches, playing a crucial role in helping the team achieve a 2-1 record.

On Wednesday, September 11, Silva tallied 18 assists in a competitive match against Brandeis, also adding three digs to her performance. Then, on Saturday, September 14, Silva continued to excel, notching 12 assists in a match against Emerson. Later that same day, she delivered an impressive 22 assists and seven digs in a challenging 3-1 loss to UMass Dartmouth.
