WLAX: Cahill Named GNAC Player of the Week

Newton, MA- After a dominant performance in Lasell's conference opener, sophomore Ruby Cahill has been named the GNAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office.

Cahill powered the Lasers offense in their 16–6 victory over Simmons, accounting for nine of the team's 16 goals. The sophomore tallied six goals on an efficient 75 percent shooting while adding three assists to lead all players with nine points in the win.

In addition to her offensive production, Cahill made an impact across the field, collecting four ground balls to help Lasell maintain possession and control the pace of play.
