XC: Lasers Compete in Norwich Cadet XC Invitational

Northfield, VT – The Lasell University men's and women's cross country teams turned in a strong showing at the 2025 Norwich Cadets Cross Country Invitational, highlighted by three top individual performances that earned meet honors.
On the men's side, Caleb Ruch led the way for the Lasers with an impressive 8th-place finish, while teammate Juan Susa crossed the line in 15th, both finishing within the meet's awards threshold. Their efforts helped pace the men's team in a competitive field on the challenging Northfield course.
In the women's race, Ella Meeker delivered another standout performance, securing a 9th-place finish to earn individual recognition and lead the Lasell women's squad.
