MVB: Brenden Joyce Named GNAC Offensive Player of the Week

Newton, MA - On Monday the GNAC named senior Brenden Joyce the Offensive Player of the Week for his performances for the Lasers at their Tri-Match against Regis and Rutgers-Newark on Saturday.

Joyce averaged 2.43 kills, 0.43 service aces and 0.86 digs per set while hitting .368 for the Lasers this week. In the four-set win over #10 Rutgers-Newark in non-league action, he hit .393 with 14 kills and just three errors.

Joyce and the Lasers will resume play this week when they travel to Poughkeepsie, NY to take on Misericordia and #5 Vassar.
