Lane Sets New School Record and Qualifies for NEICAAA's

WILLIAMS, Mass. (5/6/17)- Sophomore Benjamin Lane (Rutland, Vt.) competed in the Division III New England Regional Championships at Lee track hosted by Williams College on Saturday afternoon.  Lane came into the 200m with a qualifying mark of 22.84 to be seeded 38^th overall, and continued his tear winning his heat with a time of 22.21 and coming in 12^th place overall. 

The mark is good for an auto qualifying spot in the NEICAAA Championships next weekend at Williams College.  Lane will be running against all Division I, II, and III qualifiers in the New England region.
