MBB: Madesko and Partee Jr. Earn GNAC Postseason Honors

Newton, MA- Sophomore guard Esmer Madesko of the Lasell University men's basketball team has been named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference First Team, as announced by the league office.

Madesko started all 25 games for the Lasers this season, leading the team with 503 points while shooting an efficient 54.4 percent (180-331) from the field. He also knocked down 32 three-pointers and shot 76.6 percent (111-145) from the free throw line. Across the GNAC leaderboard, Madesko led the conference in steals (63), ranked second in assists (142), and finished third overall in points, highlighting his impact on both ends of the floor.

Madesko is joined by All-Sportsmanship Team selection Quinton Partee Jr., who appeared in 25 games this season while logging over 300 minutes of action for the Lasers. Partee Jr. earned recognition for his leadership and sportsmanship throughout the year.
