Intramurals and Recreation -- Fitness Room Hours Announced

The Fitness Rooms in the Athletic Center, Edwards, and McClelland are NOW OPEN!

Fall Semester  Hours (subject to change)

Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Athletic Center

Cardio Equipment is available in the Athletic Center. Cardio includes three treadmills, two spin bikes, one stationary bike and three elliptical machines. Reservations can be made in the calendar below.

The basketball court will be open for two people per basket.  Shooting only, no scrimmaging and you must bring your own ball.  Reservations must be made in  the calendar below.


There are two platforms available, one squat rack/lat pull down station and two bench press stations.  Reservations must be made in the calendar below. 


There are two multipurpose/bench press stations, two treadmill or elliptical stations, one circuit station and ono stationary bike available. Reservation must be made in the claendar below.

All reservations are for 45 minutes with a 15 minute cleaning time in between.

Reservations must be made for all using the calendar below.

All users must have a Green Coverified badge to enter facilities.

Masks must be worn at all times.






Even though there are no longer intramurals being held on campus, we are still offering esports leagues for students. These leagues are free to join, however students will need to have access to their own gaming systems to participate. To join a league head over to and pick your game.

Currently we are offering FIFA 19, Madden NFL 19, Modern Warfare, and more! If you don’t see a game that interests, you let us know and we can look into adding more.

Adriene Mishler’s Yoga-

Adriene Mishler’s yoga YouTube videos have everything, from long morning routines to a quick, post-run stretches and movements for neck pain.

Orangetheory Fitness-

They are posting daily Instagram videos that feature several workout circuits and demonstrations.


P.volve is offering 30 days of free streaming to all new members. Use the code ONEPVOLVE to start your free trial. They'll also be sharing free live workouts on Instagram and YouTube three times a day (8AM, 1PM, and 6PM EST).


Dailyburn is providing a 30 day free trial that provides a 30 minute workout each day of the week as well as access to over 1,000 workouts in their data base and more. They also are offering shortened classes on their Instagram page @dailyburn.

                FitOn: Fitness App on App Store and Play Store

FitOn provides free, personalized workout plans. Includes Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Yoga classes and more.

Lasell’s Stoller Boathouse, located at 107 Charles Street, Auburndale, Mass., offers space on the Charles River for the Lasell College Crew Club and is host to our annual River Day.

There is also a Learn to Row program available to all students, faculty, and staff, on the first Friday of each month. This program is offered by Lasell University's Crew Club coach and includes lessons on the water or indoor lessons, based on the weather.
