Hatch has accumulated a total of 64 points in his career in the Blue & White, having scored 27 goals and added 10 assists. He has tallied 10 game-winning goals over his career, setting a new Lasell All-Time Career record with his latest deciding goal over Johnson & Wales University on Monday, October 11th. He also has a career shots-on-goal percentage of .546.
After transferring into Lasell in 2008, Hatch had an immediate impact on the men’s soccer program, becoming the team’s leading scorer during that season and setting four single-game and season records during that initial year. Hatch finished his sophomore year with 31 points, scoring 13 goals and adding five assists. He was ranked in multiple statistical categories in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC): 2nd in points-per-game and game-winning goals, 3rd in shots, shots-per-game, and goals-per-game, and 4th in total goals and total points. He was also ranked nationally amongst all Division III men’s soccer players in the NCAA at 55th for points-per-game (1.72) and 53rd in goals-per game (.72). Hatch scored six game-winning goals in 2008, and was honored by the GNAC as a third team All-Conference honoree for his efforts.
At the conclusion of the season, the sophomore forward had recorded the Lasell All-Time single-game records in most goals in a game (4), most points in a game (10), most shots in a game (9), as well as a single-season record for most game winning goals in a season (6).
As a junior, Hatch played in 15 games for the Lasers, finishing second on the team in points, goals, and assists behind Lasell’s All-Time leading point scorer from program history. Hatch ended the season with 18 points, scoring seven goals and dishing out four assists. He was selected to the First Team All-Conference in the GNAC and concluded the season ranked 8th in goals and points-per-game and 10th in assists in the league. He also scored one game-winner against Lyndon State.
This season, Hatch’s level of play continues to impress as he is leading the team in points and goals once again. He has scored eight total goals, including three game-winners, and added one assist for 17 total points. The senior scored the deciding mark against Farmingdale State in the Lasers’ first win of the season, against Mount Ida College in the Lasers’ first GNAC win of the season, and against Johnson & Wales University in the Lasers’ latest win.
Currently, in the GNAC, Hatch is ranked 3rd in shots-per-game and game-winning goals, 5th in goals (8) and goals-per-game (.6), 7th in points (13) and points-per-game (1.30), and 8th in total shots. He is also ranked amongst the top 300 in the NCAA in points-per-game, total points, goals-per-game, and total goals.
Lasell’s men’s soccer is currently in first place in the GNAC with an undefeated record of 5-0-1 in league, and a 6-5-1 overall slate. The Lasers have five more regular season games to play before the post-season tournament.

Why did you choose Lasell College?
I wanted to major in Entrepreneurship and I had a good friend who was on the soccer team
What’s your favorite memory as an athlete at Lasell?
Beating Rhode Island College, 3-2, my junior year.
Do you have any superstitions before you go into a game?
I have too many to say, but I have to have my lucky chain and cross with me every game.
What do you do in your free time away from athletics?
I'm always playing sports, but in my free time I like to work out, play poker, and spend time with friends.
Do you plan on continuing to play or to coach after you finish your career at Lasell?
I’m going to try to play after I graduate.
Who has been a great influence in your life?
My mom, she’s the strongest and sweetest person in the entire world, she sacrifices everything for me day-by-day and I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for how amazing she is.
What is a little known fact about you?
I'm really good at Math.
Where do you hope to be after graduation?
I want to get my Masters in Finance or Accounting.
