Bio
Coach Matt Soderstrom joins the Lasell College Women's
Volleyball Program after 2 successful years at Western
Connecticut State University under Coach Greg Poole.
Soderstom's coaching resume also includes stints at St. John's
University (Assistant Coach - Women's Volleyball - ‘08),
University of New Haven (Assistant Coach - Men's Volleyball -
‘07), Xavier High School (Jr. Varsity Coach - Boy's
Volleyball - ‘06-‘09) and various summer camps in
Connecticut.
Coach Soderstom is also an active volleyball player throughout
New England and New York and competes in both indoor and outdoor
volleyball tournaments at the open level. He is currently
ranked as a USAV AA Player.
He will be attending Northeastern University and is currently
seeking his Masters Degree in Sports
Leadership. He is looking forward to using his
volleyball knowledge, and enthusiasm to bring the Lasell College
program to the next level.
