Caitlin Connolly took over the reins of the field hockey and lacrosse programs at Lasell in the fall of 2010 after a three year stint at Daniel Webster College. Connolly was appointed the first head coach of field hockey and women's lacrosse at Daniel Webster College in January of 2007. Charged with establishing two varsity programs from scratch, Connolly's programs saw significant progress during her time there.
Prior to arriving at Daniel Webster, Connolly spent the previous two seasons as assistant field hockey and one season as women's lacrosse assistant coach at Division II Bryant University. During her tenure at Bryant, Connolly was part of a field hockey program that posted a remarkable turnaround season in 2006 with an 11-10 mark including a 9-7 record in Northeast-10 Conference play and a berth in the conference tournament, after the Bulldogs had previously posted a 5-12 mark in the 2005 season. The Bryant lacrosse team posted a record of 11-2 (8-2 NE-10) in 2006, qualifying for the NE-10 Final Four.
A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Connolly was a standout in field hockey and basketball at Central High School. She attended Regis College where she earned degrees in Communications and English, graduating in 2005. Connolly put together a memorable field hockey career at Regis as a four-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team All-Conference selection at midfield, including earning Rookie of the Year honors in 2001. She went on to earn National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) regional All-American honors in 2004 and was a three-time NFHCA Academic All-American (2002-04).
Connolly, who retired as the Pride's all time career leader in goals (29), assists (16), and points (74) also owns program records for points (26) and goals (10) in a season (2004). She was part of a program that ended six straight losing seasons with solid 9-9 and 10-10 campaigns in 2003 and 2004, which also included berths in the CCC post season tournament.

Adam Green joined the Lasell College women's lacrosse coaching staff beginning in the fall of 2010, after spending a year at Daniel Webster College where he was head coach Cait Connolly's assistant. While at Daniel Webster, Green assisted in all aspects of the program with an emphasis on developing the offense.
At Lasell, Coach Green is in charge of Lasell's offense which finished 2012 ranked 4th nationally (NCAA Div. 3) in scoring, averaging 16.89 goals per game. Lasell's offense produced two players who finished in the top 10 nationally in points. Britney Wuorio (4th) had 88 goals, 37 assists, 125 points and Ashley Slatery 83 goals, 35 assists, 118 points.
Green coordinates the Lasers non-traditional season which takes place in the fall, and he is also the program's primary recruiter.
Prior to coaching at Daniel Webster, Green had a successful seven year stint in the New Hampshire high school ranks, coaching for several years at Bishop Guertin before moving on to a major rebuilding project at Londonderry High School. In four years, Londonderry rose to a New Hampshire Division 1 powerhouse, reaching the state Quarter-Finals in 2006, Final Four in 2007, and Finals in 2008 before capturing it's first State Championship in 2009.
Green's primary responsibility while at Londonderry was coordinating their high powered offense, which outscored opponents by 223 goals in their 2009 championship season. The Londonderry lacrosse program produced numerous All-State selections and several First Team All-Americans. In addition to lacrosse, Green coached field hockey at Londonderry for five seasons and was part of the coaching staff that led the Lancers to the 2008 State Championship.
A resident of Londonderry, New Hampshire, Green is a 1986 graduate of Brigham Young University where he was a defensive midfielder on the Cougar's lacrosse team.
