Giovanni Pacini enters his 32nd year in coaching and 16th as head men's soccer coach at Lasell College. As the architect of the Lasell program, Pacini has led his Lasell teams to thirteen winning seasons, six trips to the North Atlantic Conference finals, two NAC championships, and trips to both the NCAA national and ECAC regional championship tournaments. In addition, the program has earned NCAA regional Top 10 rankings and a regional #3 seed in the NCAA national championship tournament. He has been voted "Coach of the Year" by the North Atlantic Conference in 2000, 2002 and 2006 and also "Collegiate Soccer Coach of the Year" by the Eastern Massachusetts High School Coaches Association in 2005 and 2006.

His involvement with the game spans from youth to the professional level working alongside some of the most noted coaches in the world. He serves the National Soccer Coaches Association of America as the Massachusetts and New Hampshire State Director and is Chairman of the prestigious NSCAA Technical Committee. He is an NSCAA Master Coach, holds the Premier and Advanced National Diplomas, and is a member of both the National Academy Staff and National Goalkeeper Academy staff. In addition, Coach Pacini directs “Make The Save Goalkeeper Training” and“Direct Kick Field Player Academy”. He is published and is a noted expert in the areas of player development and coaching education. Pacini has a series of goalkeeper training videos through Play Sports TV and the NSCAA. He lives in Braintree, MA with his wife, Christine.
